Order Placement
– Orders for the Simply Cake range must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
– Orders can be placed through our website, or contact us directly for large slab orders.

Cake Sizes and Pricing
– Our Simply Cake range starts at £52.99 for a 7” cake.
– Larger sizes and cutting cake slabs are available upon request at varying prices.

Customisation Options
– Simply Cake range items are sold “as seen.” For larger slab orders or special customisation requests, please contact us directly via email. Customisation is available for an additional fee.

Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
– Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any issues upon delivery, please contact us so we can address them.

Delivery
– We provide delivery services directly to your door for all Simply Cake range orders.
– Delivery fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Allergens and Dietary Preferences
– Some Simply Cake flavours are available in vegan and gluten-free options; please specify dietary requirements when ordering.
– All allergen information is available upon request. Please note that our cakes are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.

– We are proud to support ABCD (Alone Behind Closed Doors). 5% of every Simply Cake range order will be donated directly to ABCD to help support families and individuals in need.

Limited Edition Flavours and Special Toppings
– Certain flavours, such as our seasonal Chocolate Guinness cake with Bailey’s topping, are available only during specific times of the year. This is typically offered at Christmas.
– Limited edition taster boxes for the Simply Cake range may be offered seasonally and are available while supplies last.
