A Childhood Passion
My love affair with baking began at the tender age of 12. Inspired by Mum's appreciation for fresh cream cakes, I found joy and solace in the art of crafting confectionery delights.
Early Beginnings
Some of my fondest memories are of baking slabs of cakes in my teenage years at my grandmother's request. She would sell them at food markets and cultural events, igniting my passion for baking.
A Journey Interrupted
At 17, tragedy struck with the passing of my beloved mother. In the midst of grief, I made my first wedding cake—a bittersweet tribute to her memory. I then pursued a career as a chef to support my younger siblings, but the love for cakes never truly left me.
The Sweet Rebirth
In 2012, my passion for cakes was reignited, and I embraced it with fervour. I quickly developed a reputation for my creative flair and unwavering attention to detail and cakes that not only looked stunning but tasted divine.
