The day was amazing and everything went exactly as planned and exceeded all our expectations. The Croquembouche was absolutely stunning and wowed not only the bride but everyone there and even impressed the French party. I can’t say thank you enough for what you produced for us and was one of many highlights throughout the day.
I made sure we got lots of photos of the cake in place with all the other dessert’s in the barn and will send these to you once I get time. It would have been great to meet you and thank you personally but I can only say a huge THANK YOU via this email. I hope you slept well last night, you deserved a good rest! All the best and good luck with your business in the future and with what you produce will get everything you deserve.
