A croquembouche is a traditional French dessert, often referred to as a French wedding cake. In France and Italy it is often served at weddings, baptisms and first communions. With trends changing, though not commonly seen in the UK, when chosen for an event (mainly weddings) it stands in a class of it own.
The beauty of the croquembouche is that it can double up as dessert or left for guests to help themselves to throughout the evening.
Traditionally each profiterole is filled with a crème patisserie. We offer crème patisserie, chocolate crème patisserie or alcohol infused cream fillings.
When serving as a dessert, we advise 3-4 profiteroles per person.
Prices are as follows based on the traditional creme patissiere filling. Chocolate or alcohol infused flavours are 50p extra per portion
£4.95 – 3 buns per person and £5.95 – 4 buns person.
Hand made flowers are an additional cost, but there is no cost for fresh flowers added at the venue, provided by your florist
