Jemma Regis, known as Jemz is a qualified chef and self taugh cake decortoer, but no starnger to art itself.
With over 30 years of experience as a chef, she has combined her enthusiasm for food baking with her artistic flair and attention to detail to create true to life centerpieces that look amazing and taste fantastic. Her flexibility and imagination enable her to flip from designing and creating an iced showpiece for that special occasion to creating an idyllic spread for an afternoon tea.
“From a child, I loved and adored baking and cake decorating, but circumstances in life meant laying aside my passion to embark on other things. I have now come back to one of my first loves and it’s putting a smile on the face of all my happy customers. It gives me great pleasure when a customer calls me up stating how hard it was for them to cut their cake because it looked too good to cut, or better still when they don’t realise it’s a cake because it looks so real!”.
